Cette \u00e9tude\u00a0compare\u00a050 commer\u00e7ants suisses en fonction de leur maturit\u00e9 omnicanale et cr\u00e9e un indice comparatif utile. A l’aide d’une centaine de crit\u00e8res, pond\u00e9r\u00e9s sur la base d’une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 1000 clients, nous avons examin\u00e9 l’ad\u00e9quation des canaux du commerce de d\u00e9tail suisse et leur \u00e9volution depuis 2018.\u00a0En plus : 29 des 50 d\u00e9taillants examin\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement donn\u00e9 leur point de vue interne.<\/p>\n
