Avec une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e de plus de 50 d\u00e9taillants. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec l\u2019ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE.swiss, Google Suisse et l\u2019institut d\u2019\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 MindTake ont publi\u00e9 pour la troisi\u00e8me fois l\u2019\u00e9tude Omni Channel Readiness Index (ORI) des commer\u00e7ants stationnaires suisses. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la recherche documentaire (desk research) de 50 commer\u00e7ants suisses (5 000 points de contr\u00f4le au total), au sondage de 1000 consommateurs et de 27 commer\u00e7ants stationnaires, l\u2019\u00e9tude dresse un tableau g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du commerce suisse en ce qui concerne sa maturit\u00e9 omnicanale du point de vue des besoins des clients.<\/p>\n<p>Comment le commerce en ligne est-il imbriqu\u00e9e avec le commerce stationnaire ? Quels sont les points de service en ligne qui sont vraiment pertinents pour les clients dans le parcours client (Customer Journey) ? Le client est-il pr\u00eat \u00e0 payer un suppl\u00e9ment pour la durabilit\u00e9 ? Et comment le client souhaite-t-il entrer en contact avec le commer\u00e7ant ? L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9pond r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 de nombreuses questions que se pose tout commer\u00e7ant.<\/p>\n<p>Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un tableau de bord pour la comparaison d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des commer\u00e7ants, qui permet aux commer\u00e7ants contr\u00f4l\u00e9s d&#8217;avoir un aper\u00e7u des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9taill\u00e9s du desk research.
