La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fedlex.admin.ch\/eli\/cc\/1988\/223_223_223\/fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LCD Art. 3 para. 1 Bst. s No. 1 stipule<\/a> :<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Toute personne proposant des marchandises, des \u0153uvres ou des prestations au moyen du commerce \u00e9lectronique doit indiquer de mani\u00e8re claire et compl\u00e8te son identit\u00e9 et son adresse de contact, y compris pour le courrier \u00e9lectronique. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Visibilit\u00e9 des mentions l\u00e9gales<\/h5>\n<p>Bien entendu, les mentions l\u00e9gales doivent \u00eatre accessibles et d\u00e9sign\u00e9es en cons\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e9signation claire :<\/strong><br \/>\nLe lien vers les mentions l\u00e9gales doit \u00eatre clairement d\u00e9sign\u00e9 et reconnaissable comme tel, par exemple avec \u00ab mentions l\u00e9gales \u00bb, \u00ab contact \u00bb, \u00ab \u00e0 propos de nous \u00bb, \u00ab qui sommes-nous \u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accessible depuis chaque sous-page :<\/strong><br \/>\nLes mentions l\u00e9gales doivent au moins \u00eatre accessibles depuis la page principale, mais id\u00e9alement aussi depuis toutes les sous-pages de la boutique en ligne (y compris le check-out).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Informations obligatoires des mentions l\u00e9gales :<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Les informations obligatoires doivent toujours figurer au d\u00e9but des mentions l\u00e9gales.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 tel qu&#8217;il figure dans le registre du commerce (Suisse ou UE) :<\/strong><br \/>\nLe nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans les mentions l\u00e9gales doit correspondre \u00e0 l&#8217;entr\u00e9e du registre du commerce. Les entreprises individuelles ou les personnes physiques doivent indiquer leur pr\u00e9nom et leur nom dans les mentions l\u00e9gales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adresse postale \/ si\u00e8ge social de l&#8217;entreprise :<\/strong><br \/>\nUne adresse postale avec le nom de la rue est obligatoire. L&#8217;indication d&#8217;une adresse de bo\u00eete postale est insuffisante.<br \/>\nIl est toutefois possible de combiner les deux ou d&#8217;indiquer une adresse de si\u00e8ge social et une adresse de correspondance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adresse \u00e9lectronique :<\/strong><br \/>\nLe client doit pouvoir vous contacter par e-mail. L&#8217;indication d&#8217;une fonction de chat, etc. n&#8217;est pas suffisante.<br \/>\nL&#8217;adresse \u00e9lectronique doit figurer dans les mentions l\u00e9gales !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Num\u00e9ro de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone suisse :<\/strong><br \/>\nLe client doit pouvoir contacter votre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone.
