Le d\u00e9fi de cette fonction est la diversit\u00e9 des r\u00f4les, car les superviseurs doivent \u00eatre de vrais talents polyvalents, en \u00e9tant \u00e0 la fois des motivateurs, des coachs, des formateurs, des experts sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, des analystes et des planificateurs\u2026 Ils sont en grande partie responsables du succ\u00e8s d&#8217;un centre de contacts. Mais o\u00f9 trouver des collaborateurs de centres de contacts avec de telles qualit\u00e9s? Souvent, les agents les plus performants sont promus parce qu\u2019ils connaissent le mieux l&#8217;entreprise, les produits et les processus, et qu&#8217;ils ma\u00eetrisent parfaitement les activit\u00e9s op\u00e9rationnelles gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.
