Les membres nationaux d’Ecommerce Europe se sont unifi\u00e9s \u00e0 la charte et r\u00e9affirment ceci avec European Trustmark<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Quelles sont les r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter par les prestataires de labels de qualit\u00e9 et ses membres pour une accr\u00e9ditation par European Trustmark ?\u00a0<\/a>Les associations participantes ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne plus cr\u00e9er de nouvelles r\u00e8gles et formalit\u00e9s, mais de s\u2019obliger \u00e0 un comportement s\u00e9rieux et consum\u00e9riste. Ces 10 r\u00e8gles doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es par les commer\u00e7ants\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. une information transparente sur le commer\u00e7ant (une identification parfaitement l\u00e9gale du partenaire contractuel)<\/li>\n
  2. une description des produits compl\u00e8te, clair et juste<\/li>\n
  3. une information transparente sur les prix (frais de transport, douane, TVA)<\/li>\n
  4. une information transparente et juste sur les d\u00e9lais de livraison des produits<\/li>\n
  5. une livraison d\u00fbment<\/li>\n
  6. un proc\u00e8s de remboursement transparent et compr\u00e9hensible<\/li>\n
  7. le service client s\u2019occupe des r\u00e9clamations et requet\u00e9s dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable<\/li>\n
  8. la protection des donn\u00e9es selon le droit national<\/li>\n
  9. la protection des mineurs<\/li>\n
  10. une offre de modes de payement s\u00fbrs<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Ensuite, les associations participantes sont oblig\u00e9es de collaborer avec un organisme de m\u00e9diation national (ODR\/ADR) et de s\u2019engager pour une recherche de solutions en cas d\u2019un probl\u00e8me. L\u2019organisme de m\u00e9diation comp\u00e9tente en Suisse est l\u2018Ombudsstelle E-Commerce<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Tous nos membres certifi\u00e9s de l’ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE. swiss ont \u00e9galement le droit d’afficher le label de qualit\u00e9 d’Ecommerce Europe sur leur site Internet.<\/p>\n
