Avec plus de 425 boutiques en ligne et 2850 points de vente disposant d&#8217;env. 3&#8217;000&#8217;000 m2 de surface de vente, nos membres r\u00e9alisent chaque ann\u00e9e environ CHF 21 milliards de chiffre d&#8217;affaires, donc env. CHF 11 milliards en ligne et 10 milliards en stationnaire. Ils exp\u00e9dient env. 75 millions de colis par an en Suisse et repr\u00e9sentent env. 70% du volume du commerce en ligne B2C. L&#8217;association est n\u00e9e en 2020 de la fusion de l&#8217;Association suisse des entreprises succursales (VSF) et de l&#8217;Association Suisses de Vente \u00e0 Distance (ASVAD).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6>Nous nous engageons&#8230;<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>pour la coop\u00e9ration et le r\u00e9seautage entre les commer\u00e7ants<\/li>\n<li>pour des \u00e9changes constructifs avec les partenaires de services, y compris des contrats cadres<\/li>\n<li>pour le commerce en ligne fiable et s\u00e9curis\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>pour des chiffres et des \u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 fiables<\/li>\n<li>pour la protection des int\u00e9r\u00eats des commer\u00e7ants dans des situations particuli\u00e8res<\/li>\n<li>des m\u00e9diations dans le domaine du commerce en ligne<\/li>\n<li>dans la formation professionnelle et continue<\/li>\n<li>dans les processus l\u00e9gislatifs politique<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous organisons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement <strong>des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et des \u00e9changes d&#8217;exp\u00e9riences<\/strong>, nous envoyons des newsletters contenant des <strong>informations actuelles sur le commerce<\/strong> et nous fournissons des mod\u00e8les standard (conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, protection des donn\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>Nous apportons un soutien financier au service du m\u00e9diateur pour le commerce en ligne (Ombudsstelle E-Commerce), mais nous n&#8217;avons pas le pouvoir d&#8217;intervenir.<\/p>\n<p>Nos membres sont impliqu\u00e9s dans la conception, la mise en \u0153uvre et le contr\u00f4le <strong>d&#8217;apprentissages et de la formation continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>De A comme About You \u00e0 Z comme Zweifel Pomy-Chips, en passant par Brack, Digitex Galaxus, PKZ et Spr\u00fcngli, petits et grands commer\u00e7ants sont r\u00e9unis autour d&#8217;un m\u00eame objectif : s&#8217;engager pour le monde du commerce multicanal en Suisse et percevoir ce changement comme une opportunit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Divers secteurs<\/strong> sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s par l&#8217;ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE.swiss. Ensemble, nous travaillons sur des <strong>sujets communs <\/strong>tels qu&#8217;optimiser les services de livraison, les options de paiement, les publicit\u00e9s, le service client, les emballages, la formation continue, l&#8217;\u00e9cologie et bien plus encore.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me de <strong>cotisation solidaire<\/strong>, chaque membre &#8211; qu&#8217;il soit grand ou petit &#8211; a les m\u00eames droits de cod\u00e9termination et de participation.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE.swiss est dirig\u00e9e op\u00e9rationnellement par le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.
