Ils d\u00e9finissent le but, les missions et l\u2019organisation de l\u2019association, ainsi que les droits et les obligations de ses membres. Ils \u00e9tablissent en outre un cadre clair pour la collaboration et garantissent la transparence, la fiabilit\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019une gouvernance responsable.<\/p>\n<p>En tant que base contraignante, les statuts garantissent que l\u2019association d\u00e9fend les int\u00e9r\u00eats de ses membres et exerce ses activit\u00e9s selon des principes clairs et transparents.
