Cette modification de la proc\u00e9dure douani\u00e8re pr\u00e9sente des avantages \u00e0 la fois financiers et administratifs pour les entreprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En Suisse, on entend par produits industriels tous les biens \u00e0 l&#8217;exception des produits agricoles (p. ex. aliments pour animaux) et des produits de la p\u00eache. Dans le cadre de la suppression des droits de douane industriels, la base tarifaire suisse est \u00e9galement remani\u00e9e. Les 9&#8217;114 num\u00e9ros de tarif actuels seront r\u00e9duits \u00e0 7&#8217;511 et ainsi largement align\u00e9s sur la norme de l&#8217;UE. La proc\u00e9dure d&#8217;importation en elle-m\u00eame, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire la d\u00e9claration en douane avec le classement tarifaire correspondant, reste toutefois inchang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 quoi les entreprises doivent-elles faire attention ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les commer\u00e7ants qui exp\u00e9dient ou importent des produits en Suisse doivent, suite \u00e0 l&#8217;adaptation, adapter leurs catalogues tarifaires conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la nouvelle base tarifaire r\u00e9duite. Des aides et les nouveaux num\u00e9ros de tarif sont disponibles ici: Modifications au 1.1.2024 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bazg.admin.ch\/bazg\/fr\/home\/services\/services-entreprises\/services-firmen_einfuhr-ausfuhr-durchfuhr\/zolltarif-tares\/aufhebung-der-industriezoelle.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Suppression des droits de douane industriels (admin.ch)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Malgr\u00e9 la suppression des droits de douane industriels, il reste n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9clarer les marchandises \u00e0 importer afin de saisir les donn\u00e9es statistiques et de percevoir la TVA \u00e0 l&#8217;importation. Les demandes de remboursement ne sont pas n\u00e9cessaires, car aucun droit de douane n&#8217;a \u00e9t\u00e9 pay\u00e9 en Suisse.<\/li>\n<li>La suppression des droits de douane industriels n&#8217;a aucune influence sur l&#8217;exportation depuis la Suisse ou sur une r\u00e9importation dans l&#8217;UE, par exemple en cas de retours de boutiques en ligne \u00e9trang\u00e8res. Si l&#8217;importation suisse ne peut pas \u00eatre prouv\u00e9e, des droits de douane s&#8217;appliquent lors de la r\u00e9importation dans l&#8217;UE.
