Elle cherche donc de nouveaux propri\u00e9taires appropri\u00e9s pour Hotelplan Group et le Mibelle Group. Migros s&#8217;efforce \u00e9galement de trouver des solutions d\u2019avenir pour ses march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de la strat\u00e9gie de groupe adopt\u00e9e en 2021, Migros a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de miser \u00e0 l\u2019avenir syst\u00e9matiquement sur les domaines d\u2019activit\u00e9 du commerce de d\u00e9tail (alimentation et \u00ab Non Food \u00bb), des services financiers (Banque Migros) et de la sant\u00e9 (groupe Medbase). Au sujet des march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, Migros \u00e9crit dans son communiqu\u00e9 de presse : [\u2026]<strong>Bike\u202fWorld, Do\u202fit\u202f+\u202fGarden, melectronics, Micasa, OBI et SportX sous pression.<\/strong> Avec la forte croissance continue du commerce en ligne, le chiffre d\u2019affaires dans le commerce stationnaire non alimentaire est de plus en plus sous pression, un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne auquel la pand\u00e9mie de coronavirus a mis un puissant coup d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur. Apr\u00e8s une analyse approfondie, le conseil d\u2019administration de Migros Fachmarkt AG a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer des processus de vente pour les march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s SportX et melectronics afin de rechercher des propri\u00e9taires plus adapt\u00e9s en dehors du groupe Migros. Les quatre formats restants feront l\u2019objet d\u2019un examen approfondi. La structure actuelle avec plusieurs exploitants emp\u00eache de g\u00e9rer de mani\u00e8re optimale les diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s.[\u2026]<br \/>\nEt donc, tous les march\u00e9s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s Migros seront prochainement pass\u00e9s au crible!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jetons un coup d&#8217;\u0153il aux diff\u00e9rents domaines&#8230;<br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Ce n&#8217;est pas un secret : depuis la pand\u00e9mie de Corona, le march\u00e9 stationnaire de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique grand public ne se porte pas vraiment bien. <\/span>Le fait que plus de 50% des appareils \u00e9lectroniques soient aujourd&#8217;hui achet\u00e9s en ligne montre que cette \u00e9volution ne changera plus. C&#8217;est pourquoi l&#8217;annonce faite \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque par Migros de s&#8217;orienter davantage vers les articles m\u00e9nagers chez Melectronic \u00e9tait une d\u00e9cision compr\u00e9hensible. D&#8217;autant plus que Coop a &#8211; avec Interdiscount et Fust &#8211; des magasins comparables sur le march\u00e9.<br \/>\nInt\u00e9ressant de voir qu&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui, Migros cherche un acheteur pour Melectronic&#8230; Mais qui pourrait \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9 ? Tous les concurrents ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 suffisamment ou plut\u00f4t trop de surfaces de vente. Le suspense reste entier!<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine du sport, il y a des acteurs europ\u00e9en qui veulent poursuivre leur expansion et qui cherchent des surfaces de vente. Decathlon a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 cit\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises dans ce contexte. Dans ce contexte, on pourrait tout \u00e0 fait imaginer une reprise de SportX. Et que va devenir Bike World ? Migros n&#8217;a pas encore d\u00e9voil\u00e9 toute sa strat\u00e9gie&#8230; On attend avec impatience la suite&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Il y a peu de temps, Coop a consolid\u00e9 ses activit\u00e9s dans le domaine du \u00ab Do it \u00bb avec Jumbo. Aujourd&#8217;hui, Migros est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une situation similaire. OBI et\/ou Do it + Garden ? Un des deux ou un tout nouveau concept ? Do it + Garden non pas comme format s\u00e9par\u00e9, mais comme \u00ab rayons pour les bricoleurs \u00bb directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les magasins Migros ? Ou retirer enti\u00e8rement du march\u00e9 ? Il est peu probable que deux marques ayant la m\u00eame orientation puissent s&#8217;affirmer au sein d&#8217;un m\u00eame groupe. Une consolidation semble donc \u00eatre une mesure logique.<\/p>\n<p>Reste \u00e0 savoir comment Micasa compte s&#8217;imposer \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir sur un march\u00e9 qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es par une concurrence acharn\u00e9e du groupe Lutz. Migros proc\u00e9dera \u00e9galement chez Micasa \u00e0 un audit et prendra des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Un sacr\u00e9 coup de balai dans le groupe Migros !
