Informez-vous sur des insights pertinents, des id\u00e9es concr\u00e8tes ainsi que des exemples sur le th\u00e8me de l&#8217;intelligence artificielle.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tape 2 : <strong>D\u00e9finir<\/strong><br \/>\nD\u00e9terminez les objectifs du projet et d\u00e9finissez des crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9ussite importants : Des m\u00e9triques qui vous permettront de mesurer le succ\u00e8s de la solution d&#8217;IA potentielle.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tape 3 : <strong>Esquisser et \u00e9valuer<\/strong><br \/>\nEn petits groupes ou en \u00e9quipe, cr\u00e9ez des solutions possibles et \u00e9valuez-les ensuite ensemble. Pr\u00e9voyez suffisamment de temps pour cette phase.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tape 4 : <strong>Prototypage<\/strong><br \/>\nSur la base des id\u00e9es et des principes de base \u00e9valu\u00e9s, il faut maintenant passer \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation : commencez par d\u00e9velopper un prototype de la solution d&#8217;IA.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tape 5 : <strong>Tester<\/strong><br \/>\nVous transf\u00e9rez les prototypes d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s vers des tests utilisateurs et v\u00e9rifiez sp\u00e9cialement leur compatibilit\u00e9 avec la pratique. Les r\u00e9sultats de ces tests sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans l&#8217;\u00e9valuation et l&#8217;it\u00e9ration des prototypes afin de les am\u00e9liorer en permanence.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tape 6 : <strong>Mise en \u0153uvre et roll out<br \/>\n<\/strong>Si l&#8217;un des prototypes fait ses preuves, vous pouvez passer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre, surveiller le d\u00e9ploiement sur la base des m\u00e9triques d\u00e9finies et, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ajustements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Ou pourquoi pas un hackathon IA ?<\/h6>\n<p>Selon la structure de votre entreprise, il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant d&#8217;organiser un hackathon IA. Encouragez les experts internes ou invitez de mani\u00e8re cibl\u00e9e des talents en IA.
